how to use Xymon to find which PHP file is out of control

We have an Amazon Cloud Server running multiple LAMP webservers

Some times one of the websites gets a php process that goes berserk, causing high CPU load and high mysql load.

We are considering using a tool like Xymon (aka big brother) to do some monitoring.

Is there any way to get Xymon to detect the high load, find the process that is causing the load, and provide some info to help us find the problem ? e.g what is the slow running query ? or a stack trace of the process? or the most recent log file for the webserver that is running the php file
